ABS was founded in 1999 by Sara Nofziger, owner and President. Our goal is to provide a cost effective billing and practice management solution to providers so they can focus on patient care and not on insurance paperwork and follow-up. A successful practice depends not only on the physician and front office staff, but on a successful billing department that ensures even cash flow and efficient claims management.

Cutting Edge Technology - We stay on top of technological changes so you don't have to worry about it. Currently, we file electronic claims, are HIPAA compliant, and we stay up to date with insurance company, and government (medicare, medicaid) requirements through our custom software solution.
Paperless Office - We ensure that patient calls are quick and painless with our paperless office. When a patient calls we can answer questions at the touch of a key, rather than running all over the office pulling charts and searching for patient records.
Electronic Claims - We send electronic claims, and have relationships with several clearinghouses (big companies that get thousands of claims a day, then all claims for each insurance company are sent at once—speeding up the claims process). We're working towards having the ability to email statements directly to the patient.
